Hello, I am looking for the above. James born 1853, Mag 1854 both Co Durham. In 1881 they are in Merrington Village Co Durham. In 1891 their two sons Robert (1881) and Arthur (1884) are with grandparents (surname Johnson) in Bishop Auckland district, Co Durham. Thank you. |

If James did die, then he would be noted as deceased on the marriage certificate of the children. You will need to buy a copy of one of them to be sure. |

I now think they may have both died especially with both boys being with Margaret's parents. I will have to pursue my investigations. |
