Thanks for all your help, I am now even more confused. Thankfully my G.G.Grandfather had a memorable middle name, and passed it on to his son, so at least, combined with the spelling of the surname, I can cross-check most things. The Waight family was not too difficult to trace, they didn't move very far from their roots, but I still can't work out the relationship between the two Bruniges women. Bob |

My Gt gt grandfather John Trafalgar Waight, born 1842, married Eliza Bruniges, born 1856, in july 1879. His son, also John Trafalgar Waight, born 1886, married Edith Bruniges, born 1888, in 1908. Try as I might, I cannot find any relationship between the two wives. Any help would be much appreciated. Bob |
