Hi Everyone,

I am having some trouble finding the father of William Tell Nelthropp (1837 - 1907). I have seen the 1861 census showing William living with his brother George Nelthropp (born 1838) and mother Jane Nelthropp (born c1812). I am not sure what Jane's maiden name was and I cant seem to find anything on William and George's father ??? Nelthropp.

Wow, thank you both, so much information so fast! It appears Williams fathers name was the exact same as his which is why I would have got confused in my research. And now from what you have found, I can see Jane's maiden name is Hobbs
