The name is a bit too common to be sure, without knowing year/place of death. There is one to match her yob in Darlington in 1965, but again no probate that I can see. |

Hi Flip...His wife Clara Abbott....i think she succeeded him...i have the death certificate somewhere..so not too sure of the year of death. she was born 1882...i would be grateful if you could check on her for me please...thanks |

If he was survived by a wife she may have inherited automatically so no probate necessary - if you have his wife's death we may be able to check that depending on the date. |
