Find Ancestors

Looking for Leonard Lambert born Paddington c1844, ostler, who married Mary Cook (b c1843 Kensworth, Herts - now Bedfordshire) in the December quarter 1869 in Kensington. I've got them in 1871, 1891 and 1911 but can't find either of them or their children in 1881 or 1901.

Five children, all born Paddington:
William Henry 1870 (turns up in Luton in 1881 and 1891 living with his uncle Albert Cook, and known as Henry, not William)
Ernest Leonard 1872
George Albert 1876
Emily Annie 1879
Jesse c1881 - he is listed in 1891 as son aged 10, but no birth record on FreeBMD.

Any help tracking any of them in 1881 or 1901 much appreciated.
