K it could be Duncan Street, very poor writing. His wife's address was originally 5 Marlboro Place, but this was crossed out and replaced with 5 Roberts street. |

harriett Forth/Fowler was born in 1843 it seems so a lot older than Hannah - can't find a marriage to Robert Fowler though. But not finding John Ethel and Ethel. |

The form was signed by Hannah Walker (spelt correctly), but it doesn't look like the same hand writing as the person completing the details. I'll PM a copy of the image. |
