Zoe....I am working in the proverbial dark here but these may no doubt be some of the Molloy/Harney family.

Thomas and Mary had a son named Thomas b 1888..now he may or may not have had a second name but have found this....

A further search on his actual address gives it as Market Hill.Ballinasloe

The following shows that there was also a Michael Harney son of Patrick Harney (Manchester) and Anne Harney also living at Market Hill.
