Hi Gemma,
What information do you have already?
There is lots of info by searching for "Charles Hart, St Albans" on the web.
You could also use freebmd or familysearch.

Trying to find out about Charles Hart born around 1900 we know he lived in St. Albans and he set up the St. Albans organ museum. We know he's a relation but not quite sure how. Thanks.
