Just to clarify.... I viewed the 2001 (Falkirk) death cert for a man called Alfred Gould.
I can confirn that he was not the man that Karen Linda was looking for.
Similar age ect... but different parents and wives

thank you for your reply ,what info do they give on deaths in Scotland,do they give the deceased spouse name and there middle names and birth place .or anything else.

There is a death of an Alfred Gould on Scotlands People.
This man was definitely born in 1929 and his death is registered in Falkirk, Stirlingshire 2001.
No match with mother's name of Burt, because a mother's maiden name is not added to the index for deaths after 1961.
The image will not be vailable on SP. It has to be ordered.

could anyone please look up a death for me for a Alfred Edward William Gould born 1929 in west ham and married a Anne T O'Donnell in 1976 and believe he moved to Scotland where he may of died but am unsure his mother,s maiden name was Burt
i would be very grateful for any help.
