I have a Phoebe Ann Lewis married to Thomas Alfred Hartley dec qt 1901Sunderland


In 1911 Phoebe is with Violet Hartley ( is Lewis) 1901 Sunderland and Rhoda Hartley 1904

I forgot to check the image to see if Phoebe was married or widow

I found a birth for a Thomas Alfred Hartley born 1870 Sunderland but not sure if its him

Can someone look at the census image to see if Phoebe is a widow please
