Try searching for this person - whilst he won't be the person you are looking for, he was in the workshouse in 1871 and the images will give you others - Are you looking for a particular person? |

Thanks for the help. I am looking for my great, great grandfather - Thomas Roberts who moved to London from Gamlingay and he disappears from the census returns in 1871. His wife died in 1876 in the smallpox hospial in Islington, she too is missing from the 1871census and I wondered if they were in a workhouse. |
