This is likely Emily's death:

England & Wales, Death Index, 1916-2006
Name: Emily Binns
Birth Date: abt 1851
Date of Registration: Jan-Feb-Mar 1917
Age at Death: 66
Registration district: Halifax
Inferred County: Yorkshire West Riding
Volume: 9a
Page: 555

Can't see a burial for her, either. Have also checked newspaper archives in case there was a family notice, sadly not.

Can find the probate but not a matching death?

England & Wales, National Probate Calendar (Index of Wills and Administrations), 1858-1966
Name: James Binns
Probate Date: 25 Feb 1918
Death Date: 24 Jan 1918
Death Place: Yorkshire, England
Registry: Wakefield

Lived 2 Castlefield Drive Rastrick, Brighouse.
Admin to Charley Binns, sub-postmaster.
Effects £299 19s 8d

ADDED:

This is the death for that probate:

England & Wales, Death Index, 1916-2006
Name: James Binns
Birth Date: abt 1849
Date of Registration: Jan-Feb-Mar 1918
Age at Death: 69

Page: 517

So, much older than stated in your opening post.

I am trying to find out where James binns is buried. He was born in Halifax West Yorkshire in 1849. He died there on 24th Jan. 1918. His wife was called Emily but not sure when she died.If anyone has access to burial records I would appreciate it if you could have a look for me.
Thank you
Francesca
