Hi I am looking for parents of George Douglas Stebles born 1847 Kirkby arleith and married to Martha Elizabeth Alexander in 1880 LAncaster. one of their children is Richard Pickford Stebles born 1883 Lancaster. It really is an uncommon name and cant seem to find anything before 1901 on this family. Does anyone have any more info please. I have found a birth for George but says Ulverstone.

there are 9 children born Lancaster mmn Alexander in lancashirebmd, including 1 set of twins

9 children - 6 died according to 1911 census

No I havent got any of these, many Thanks although I did work out all the deceased children, also in the newspaper there is in 1888 a cutting about another child who died of convulsions at 10 weeks whilst in bed with mother.....shame !
