My relation Joseph Russell Milligan 1933 was born in Liverpool. I believe i have found a death record for his wife Dorothy E Humphrey in 1993 in Leicester. My query is whether Joseph is still alive and whether the couple has had any children, which i could not find. Thanks |

There are no obvious births to this couple - it's just possible Dorothy was married before so her MMN is different though. |
