Is their anyway of finding out about a death

I have an Elizabeth (maiden name Liddle ) Cockburn born Linlithgow West Lothian Scotland 1820 married march 1839 to Thomas
In 1901 she was a widow living with her son in Newham Northunberland, so I'm thinking she died 1901-1911

I know their are some who have access to these records just wondering what they consist of do they have their parents names or would I have to get the certificate

My ancestors had big families and they named their children all the same it's costing a fortune getting to know who is who- thats if they give any details

If she died in England/Wales you can look for a death on Freebmd.

brummiejan Report 28 Jan 2013 17:22

As the reg dist they were living in was Belford, this must be her??

Yes I think she is their 1902

But I was hoping their might have been an image on one of the sites that might tell us some details like who her parents were

Sylann, to find out more details of the death you need to buy the cert. But England/Wales death certs do not show parents.
