Asking for a friend - born in 1942 in Ireland moved to Lancaster in 1960's. Split from his wife in 1965 and then disappeared any clues would be much appreciated, thank you in advance

date of birth 31 May 1898

Marriage took place at St Peters Church in Lancaster 14/12/1963 bride's name Elizabeth Atkinson. She is not sure if he went back to Ireland or not, thanks again Jan

If he knew his father, the details will be on the marriage cert

No second initial for him on the record of the marriage on the GRO index

I'm guessing that your friend is his daughter........does she know whether he paid maintenance for her?

From the marriage certificate, what is his father's name, and what were the names of the witnesses?
The 'Augustine' does not show on the marriage index, do you know when he used his second name?
