Find Ancestors

Hello. I am struggling to find a birth for the above.
On the 1911 census she is listed as born c 1907 London, England. Daughter of Alice Eliza Codrington nee Webb (she has stated she is seperated from her husband so I do not know if he is the father)
She is listed on electoral registers in 1929 as Ruby Codrington living in Chelsea and in 1930 as Ruby Constance Codrington living in Chelsea. This is the first mention of a second name.
I have a marriage for Ruby Codrington JAS 1930 in Battersea to Edwin Bedwell.
A child Jean M Bedwell is born 1931 in Battersea.
In 1939 Ruby Constance Bedwell is listed as living in Wandsworth Streatham.
In 1978 I have a death record for Ruby Constance Bedwell age 78 Havering, London listing a dob as 26 Dec 1907.
I have searched various ideas but cannot come up with anything other than a birth for a Ruby Constance Hourahan b Chelsea JFM 1908 (who incidentally seems to disappear from records after that birth entry)
Is there anyone out there who can find something that I am missing? All help appreciated. Thank you :-S

These are definitely the correct family.

On the original 1911 census image the record is altered from head of family to wife and from seperated to married which is why I have doubts about the parentage of Ruby.

These are the only Hourahans showing. No Ruby with them though. I think you need that Birth certificate to verify her parents.

The wife, Flora, dies in 1901, possibly.

Another interesting fact is that the first child Louisa May Codrington lists her father as deceased when she married in 1910 but he wasn't! He seems to be living with someone else as husband and wife of 5 years (census 1911).

I am wondering if Ruby was the result of a relationship and may well have been registered under the fathers name. I will have to send for the certificate as I guess that is the only way of finding out the facts. Thanks for the help everyone. :-)

Likewise I couldn't find Albert in 1901! I didn't spot the possible twin of Ruby and I also believe that Charles is probably the father. I'll add this one to my list of certificates to buy (wish they were postage only!) Thank you for looking. :-D

if she was a twin her birth cert may have time of birth on it to indicate which was born 1st.
