Dad married Olive May Garrod (mum) in Wisbech, Cambs in 1936, think it was her side of the family who attended, Dad came to Cambridgeshire to look for work from Lancashire., I was born in Ulverston,where he worked in shipyards |

If your Dad worked in a shipyard, it would most likely have been Barrow in Furness. |
