What are you trying to find?
If the Howell/Wesson births, go to free bmd
http://www2.freebmd.org.uk/cgi/search.pl
Click on 'Births'
put 'Howell' for surname'
put 'Wesson' for Spouse/Mother surname
Put the date range from Mar 1917 to Dec 1932 (for example)
Do not highlight any Districts or counties. Do not fill anything else in.
Click on 'Find'
You should get 3 possible children.

The youngest child is John E T Howell. Do a 192.com search for him.
http://www.192.com/atoz/people/howell/john/tn34/728067774/
This may not be him.
You will have to pay for further information. But you want further information which he may have.

If that is the correct family, then the daughter with a very distinctive name is worth looking for in Search All Trees, above.
It is her sister who appears to have entered the information.

Raymond, do you mean you can't find them or you haven't looked?

Go to FreeBMD http://www.freebmd.org.uk/cgi/search.pl and search for births with surname Howell and mother's surname Wesson. There are three.

The family seem to have lived at 7 Cloudsley Place for quite a while.

On various ERs Arthur Charles is there with an Edwin and Eleanor Jane Collings (his parents?) and a Helen Alexandra (his wife?). In 1936 a Doris Annie is also listed and the occupants remain the same until 1939 when there is no mention of a Helen Alexandra.

However, in 1939 there is also an Augustus Henry Robert Cook and an Ellen Elsie Cook at number 7.

Helen is back there in 1945 but gone again from 1948.

If Arthur Charles married Ellen in 1949 then it doesn't look like he and Helen had been apart for very long.
