What is the EXACT wording on the birth cert with reference to the parents?

The spelling you quote is not that which is on the register.....................

If you can't find the parents on a census, how do you know when and where they were born?

from a tree on ancestry, with only some documentation, none for Bertha, therefore no idea on whether the information for her is correct.
