The Frederick Arnold Billeter I am looking for was living as a lodger with my grandmother In Lambeth London around about 1920 - 1925, he was a theatre manager and father to two of my mother's children, I know only that he was much older than my mother and am not quite certain what relationship they had. I don't think the above Billeter could have been the one I am looking for. but one can never tell. I only know that he wa s a theatre manager (my mother was a dancer of tender age at the time. The dates seem to match but not the other info.
