Hi George, No I don't. For some reason I thought they were all still in India. Charles Wright was the first husband of my grandmother's sister but she died soon after the birth of a son - Charles Frederick Wright in 1895. 3 years later he married Gertrude and I don't know who brought up the son of my aunt although he did appear at the military establishment in Woolwich aged 15 on the 1911 census. |

Yes Mike - that is him. I have his death cert but want to know about his half siblings. Poor little chap orphaned at 3 months. The Florence Mary Day marriage in 1926 shows that Charles junior went back to India as a trained up soldier. Can't find any children from the couple. |

Aww - poor little thing. Not uncommon was it? I'll see if I can follow them through and find a living descendant who knows anything at all. I find it all very intriguing and much better than the telly! Thanks again for your help. |
