I have records of Willianm Snr having a listed apprentice in 1790 in Braintree.
William Parsley Jnr lived at 62 Powis Street Woolwich before 1845
Both were declared bankrupts in 1834 and WP Jnr also in 1845. He eventually moved to Bristol & Swansea having married Agnes______ in Poplar she born in Dublin.

It would seem William Snr left Essex after 1791 and before 1823 probably to Southwark. From before 1834 and until at least 1845 William Jnr lived in Woolwich.
