I've found the Cecil Leonard Fermor born 1906 with his parents James John and Emily Elizabeth on the 1911, so probably not that one. |

Am trying to find information on my father-in-law who I have found as being adopted in the 1911 census living with a Swift family in Kent. Any advice as to how I might go forward with this as I understand adoptions are very difficult to trace prior to 1927. Would appreciate any advice . The census is listed as Furmoor but his marriage certificate states Fermoor. :-( |
