I cant find either an Alfred John Draper or Nicholson in the census with the year 1854

Sarah was with Alfred Warren Draper when young Alfred was born
also another son

Sarah later married Joseph Diver but in her maiden name so was possibly never married to Alfred Draper

The boys may not even have been registered if parents weren't married.
