How are they half-cousins?

Ancestry has 4 Tina Chilton's, born in 1958 Dudley, 1961 Wolverhampton, 1970 Truro, and 1980 Birmingham
But none of them appear to link to siblings called Sarah or Carol. More information needed, please.

When and where did you last have contact with them?

What was their mother's maiden name? If you don't know, how exactly are they 'half cousins'? Names of their parents?

The Tina born in Truro in 1970 does have a sister called Sarah, but no sister called Carol, and 2 brothers.
