Children John born 01 June 1913 and Walter born 28 December 1914.

Served in France. Good conduct record apart from a caution in 1918 for giving a civilian a lift in an army vehicle.

Demobbed 04 April 1919 to 29 Bondgate, Bishop Auckland.
