Helen Stewart Watt was born in 1862 in arbroath forfar Scotland,
She had a daughter Lilian in 1891 not sure if born in Scotland or in Chorlton Manchester uk, ( we were always lead to believe in Scotland)
On the only census 1901, I have found Helen it says daughter Lilian aged 9 born chorlton Manchester
Where was Helen before and after, until she died in Manchester about 1946-1948.?
Lilian also died in Manchester, around 1960

No-one can tell you where Helen was between 1911 and her death.

The 1921 census will not be released until at least 2022

If you get her death cert, you will find out her address, which may help you to find her on Electoral Rolls at the Manchester library.

Douglas in 1927

His name is on childrens birth certifcate
He was living with Lilian and her Mum Helen in Manchester in 1924.
Have not found him before or after.

yes Lilian and Frederick had a daughter and a son both born in Manchester.

Lilian lived with her daughter and son in law in Wythenshawe Road in Sale Manchester until she went into hospital and she died.

I dont think that the Lilian you found can be her unless the address is a hospital.

I dont have a clue who Frances Kate Maybury is and I would have thought if Lilian had anything to leave it would have gone to her 2 cildren!!!!!?

19 September 1958 at Withington Hospital.

The woman who died in 1958 had maiden name Buckley. Frances Maybury was her sister.

If you think Helen ever had a husband....buy her daughter's birth cert to find out his name.

Yes thank you I did read all yours and everyone elses replies and am very grateful to you all.

So we do know that they were together.
I mentioned needing to look into a marriage between them as I would like to know if, when and where Frederick and Lilian married.

I would also like to know if Helen married to know who Lilians father was.
