My gt grandmother is down on the 1861 census as daughter and when I got her birth cert she wasnt I found her on the next census with her mother who had by then married

I think this might be the same case

Just checked the image for 1881 and Hannah J is listed as 11 and daughter, but the order of children (she should be first) does make you think that she could have been Hannah J Crowe.

Edit - However Hannah J Crowe is still with Joseph and Hannah in 1881as below
