I am trying to trace the parentage of Sarah Ingham, born in Halifax C1816, and married to William Burnley in Halifax 24th November 1836. It seems Sarah Ingham is on lots of family trees. Does anyone share the same one as me or can anyone help please?

Just for our reference:

West Yorkshire, England, Marriages and Banns, 1813-1935
Name: William Burnley, bachelor - a cornmiller
Marriage or Bann Date: 24 Nov 1836
Parish: Halifax, St John the Baptist
Spouse's Name: Sarah Ingham, spinster

Both of the parish.

Witnesses: William Auty and Isaac Ingham.

There were several newspaper articles around that time that state an Isaac Ingham was the sexton of the parish church in Halifax. Can't say if he was related to Sarah or if he was witnessing in his church role.

Based on MC' s find the Isaac who was a Sexton was born in 1802.

From Family Search this Sarah seems to have a possible brother Isaac born in 1802. Maybe worth considering however the first one was baptised in a Non Conformist Church

Isaac 1802(possibly) as already stated above- non conformist records
Martha 1804 - all regular church
William 1806
Frances Lister Ingham 1810 (there is a Frances Ingham marrying William Lister in 1798 - think this one is Sarahs' aunt)
Ann 1811
Jonathan 1814
Mary 1819

There is also an Isaac having children in 1800, he is possibly an uncle to Sarah.
