Thomas, to find if anyone has him in their tree go to Search on the menu above and then there is an option "Search all trees" - use that.

It's unlikely any tree owners that have him will come across your request on here.

Where was your Thomas born?

I found I had some very old credits for Scotlands People so checked the marriage and the mother Rose's maiden name could well be Mark rather than Wark.

In case they came from Ireland have you had a look for them on the Irish 1901 and 1911 censuses. It is free http://www.census.nationalarchives.ie/search/

I can't see him either at the moment either with father Luke.

At the time of his first marriage he is listed as a widower. There is an earlier marriage of a William Murray of Ballen to Sarah Williamson from Ballycowan in Ballymena on 3 May 1872 with father listed again as Luke Murray and witnesses Agnes Murray and John Murray

In this record from Ancestry there is a Luke and Mary Murray living adjacent to Ballymena where William married. They had a house and garden

Ireland, Griffith’s Valuation, 1848-1864 about Luke Murray
Occupier: Luke Murray
Lessor: Duffin Carson
County: Antrim
Barony: Antrim, Lower
Parish: Connor
Townland: Ballee
OS Page Numbers: 37

Residence: 1862 - Ballee, Connor, Antrim, Ireland

There's no site that has complete records for Ireland online, and what are online stops at 1922 for N. Ireland. William was born before registration began in 1864. So you would need to find church records, unfortunately very few presbyterian church records for Co. Antrim are online, so you really would have to visit GRONI in Belfast to look the BMD's up or go to PRONI in Belfast to look up the church records
