What was William's work at Buckingham Palace?

Do you have him on any census for reference please?

Do you know where or when he was born ?

A large brick wall regarding my Great Grandmother x 2

Elizabeth Fisher born 1812 Blithfield, Staffordshire. In 1834 she marries William Harrison Blore at Blithfield church. Between 1834 and 1836 the couple move to Westminster London where 2 children are born, Sophia in 1836 and William Antil in 1838 (have birth cert).
Then Elizabeth disappears, Cannot find a death, have already ordered 2 death certificates which were not my Elizabeth. In 1841 the children are living with their Grandparents in Derbyshire where they stay until grown up.

Cannot find either parents on the 1841 census, but received a confirmation from the royal archives at Windsor that William started work at Buckingham palace in 1840, they knew nothing about Elizabeth.

In 1845 William remarries, his marriage certificate states he is a widower, and they move to the Isle of Wight. (Osborne House)

Looking at it common sense says that Elizabeth died in Child birth but why no record of a death?

I've searched deaths in Staffordshire and Derbyshire as well as London.

What can I do next?

Any help would be appreciated.
