Hi there, the timescale covers c. 1750-1900. I have several generations all with the same name.

The areas cover Yorkshire and Middlesex, although if you don't mind, I would be interested in seeing the Worcestershire reference also.

A bit of a random thread.

How did you come across these people in the first place Peter?

Peter, what would be the timescale and location?

There are 4 separate entries for an Ambrose Stephenson in the Yorkshire area covering 1840s - 1860s (no way of knowing if they're the same person)

5 records for Alexander Stevenson/Stephenson 1825 - 1880 covering Yorkshire, Middlesex and Worcestershire.

Not seeing anything for a Zachariah (or variants).

I'm not going to spend time copying out records which may be incorrect so you need to give more info about your chaps and what leads you to believe they were criminals.

Hi there,

I am looking for the mention of any of these names on the criminal registers:

Alexander Stephenson/Stevenson
Zachariah/Zechariah Stephenson/Stevenson
Ambrose Stephenson/Stevenson

Thank you

Peter
