Well, I've normally got quite a good memory for things I've looked up but didn't recall that I'd already looked up that newspaper article before!

hi many thanks to pam for all that info on his convictons he was a nawty boy eh dont want to be a pain but on 1891 census he was in armley prison leeds dont suppose you could find out why many thanks david hullah

not seeing anything for 1891.

Could have got a few days if he had been drunk and could not pay the fine. Does say on the census that he is employed. If it was more than a few days, I do not think he would be employed. Pam
