I'm looking for the death and probate index informaiton for these two brothers:

James Bebbington, born 1830 in Nantwich, Cheshire; he seemed to have married a woman named Martha.

Joseph Bebbington, born 1846 in Nantwich, Cheshire; he seemed to have married a woman Hannah Newbrook.

Both were son of Joseph Bebbington (1802-1870) and Mary Brett (1804-possibly 1881).

Doesn't quite sit right with the date most trees have for Joseph's death
of Jan 11 1900

Hi there, and thank you Mike the death of Joseph in Jan. Quarter 1900 isn't my Joseph. After all, his 'wife' died in September 1900, leaving money to her husband.

I think the Jan 1900 death refers to a suicide of another Joseph Bebbington, a corn merchant who had a large family who had a wife named Hannah (coincidentally), hence the confusion with other researchers I suspect.

With this, can you spot this Joseph Bebbington in the 1901 and 1911 census?

And also, Martha Bebbington in the 1901 and 1911 census also?
