Gone back through all cenus 1841-1891 when dies and this is what each one says about his place of birth

1841 Cenus William Tolman born in Devon YES
1851 Cenus William Toulman -Church Stanton, Somerset
1861 Cenus William Tolman -Seaton, Devon
1871 Cenus William Tolman-Seaton, Devon
1881 Cenus William Tolman Tauton, Somerset
1891 Cenus William Tolman Seaton, Devon

so on the basis of probabilities Seaton, Devon would be the first place I should check. But am even questioning the spelling of surname. As the marriage was under Toulman as well as the 1851 cenus.

Is anyone going to Devon record office? Would anyone be prepared to look up Seaton and Beer baptisms 1812/ or either side? I know its a big ask
