I AM LOOKING FOR THE DEATH OF JAMES HEATON BORN 1816 IN DEWSBURY WEST YORKSHIRE . HE APPEARS ON THE 1841 CENSUS AS HENTON WITH HIS WIFE AND IN LAWS BUT NOT THE 1851, HE HAD A SON GEORGE BORN 1845 SO HE MUST HAVE BEEN ALIVE AS IT DOES NOT SAY DECEASED ON GEORGE'S BIRTH CERTIFICATE . I HAVE TRIED 2 CERTS , BOTH INCORRECT , DEATH AUG 1848 & FEB 1879. |

Unless the 'father' registered the birth, you can't be sure he was alive |

Looking at 1845 Marriage image, James as Bachelor!, also different name for Father...confusing, as 1855 Burial must be one of them!. |
