I AM LOOKING FOR THE DEATH OF JAMES HEATON BORN 1816 IN DEWSBURY WEST YORKSHIRE . HE APPEARS ON THE 1841 CENSUS AS HENTON WITH HIS WIFE AND IN LAWS BUT NOT THE 1851, HE HAD A SON GEORGE BORN 1845 SO HE MUST HAVE BEEN ALIVE AS IT DOES NOT SAY DECEASED ON GEORGE'S BIRTH CERTIFICATE . I HAVE TRIED 2 CERTS , BOTH INCORRECT , DEATH AUG 1848 & FEB 1879.

Hi Chris I had only looked for a marriage after the death year of 1st wife ;-)

never occured to me that he would remarry. Son George was born Feb 1845

Looking at 1845 Marriage image, James as Bachelor!, also different name for Father...confusing, as 1855 Burial must be one of them!.
