William Wyatt born 1837 Wigtown Scotland married a Charlotte ? born 1845 England; still trying to suss out her maiden name..Have tried several options, even the births of her children Charlotte, Grace, Edith, Arthur, Wallace, Janet don't shed any light. William was living in Wigtown with his mother Janet and sister Elizabeth (my direct line) and on the 1851 he is lodging with a half sister Janet and HIS own sister Elizabeth (cant find his mother Janet Wyatt nee Brown born c1801 Wigtown anywhere) I see him on the 1861 census St Pancras Middlesex aged 22 and unmarried, listed as upholsterer. His first child Charlotte E A Wyatt is born 1863 St Pancras. So he has married sometime 1861-1862 BUT I cant find it, so solve the surname issue...Can anyone help. :-( |
