2. marriage of Elisha Flower to Ann around 1782 presumably in Trowbridge

I don't know for sure , as I said. .."Elisha Flower COULD be Ann's first husband, but I can't find this marriage." But Ann was married to a "Flower" prior to her marriage William Perkins.

it's a possibility however there is a
burial record for a John Flower in Corsham in 1820 (age 73) and
Ann Flower in 1806 (no age given) also in Corsham
(note in the marriage you gave JohnFlower is a widower and Anne Baldwin a spinster)
I think i need the full info from the William Perkins marriage to progress this.
