It looks as if the possible parents married in 1909 and already have a daughter Mary on the 1911 census

Have you found the births after 1911 - 2 boys and 5 girls

So look for Edward born in 1914. The additional name is the mothers maiden name.

Using that information you can then find other children including Olga born in 1925

I don't know any of their names only one and I think her name was either Olga/Kathleen

If you look on the freebmd site and search for BIRTHS..there are several children born in the Hartlepool district who have the same surname and mother's maiden name.
