Problem is that the outgoing passenger lists start from 1890 so looks as if they went before that

Yes GB it does look as though they went sometime between Charles dying in 1883 and Emma Jane's marriage in 1891.

Just having a look to see if I can find any of the others on Electoral Rolls

rule out that possible marriage in 1897

No joy finding and definates for the others. There is a tree giving 1941 as the year of death for Mary Charlotte but no place given and no marriage given.
