Find Ancestors

Can anyone help. I am trying to ring an ancestor Robert Arthur Bridger born 1906 Newtown, lip hook, Hampshire, England. I cannot find him in the 1911 census but know he was alive in 1929 as he was a witness at his brothers wedding. His parents were George Frederick Bridger born 1860 Bramshott and Elizabeth Bridger nee Hellier.
