There's also an Elizabeth Mortimer b.1835 in Sidmouth, Devon living in Croydon, as a cook, on the 1871 census. Age is out by a long way though. Where did you get Elizabeth being born in 1849 from?

Maybe you need to purchase the marriage cert to see if she names a father

I would be grateful if you could help me to find Elizabeth Mortimore's b.1849 Croydon Surrey parents as have no idea. She married John Wild Ott b.1835 Walworth in J/A/S 1874 Croydon Surrey. I have been trying to find her parents for years but to no avail. It is possible that the Mortimore's come from Devon.
