I have a person asking me about a Joseph Heather born abt 1872, born in Canning Town or Poplar. She thinks his parents were: James Heather, Sarah Elizabeth Wise, but I have looked at my census returns and no Joseph Heather on there... However, his father may still be another James Heather ? Can anyone help ? (Joseph Heather may have died in West Ham or Poplar ?)
