Haven't time to look further, already late going out - but John A's birth would appear to have been registered as DUMBRILL NOT Dumbrell (FMP BMD).
There would appear to be 2 Dumbrell family's in Eastbourne RD having children, so some cross checking required to find the 8th child.
No further births to Dumbrell/Barnes (or Dumbrill/Barnes) 1912 onwards

Use this very useful FREE site to check bmd's Sep Qtr 1837 to approx 1950/60 at present - it is an ongoing project and by no means complete. You will be able to input the children's names and hopefully find marriages and then cross reference to find children of those marriages. You may need some certificates along the way!!
