Tried it in GR. Using the full name and birth date it found Chester Wyles in the 1911 Census. Then tried it without surname. Comes back as no matches for Chester in the 1911 Census

Take a tip........

When having difficulty finding someone in a census, try searching using only first name and birth info............if you can do that on GR.

I have never used GR for research, so don't know what its limitations are.
