This is the only likely death for Benjamin that I can see.

Looking at the Electoral Registers for Islington, there's a Benjamin Fippard living there from 1945 - 1956, but he appears to be living alone - no Nora.

In Kim's opening post she said they believed Norah was Irish but later says she may have been from America, perhaps she'd been to America?

Her birth county is actually Galway.

Elizabeth Jane Fippard a widow! died may 26th 1935 probate to John frederick Noakes £480,so this looks like Benjamins wife as she was nee Noakes.

As I mentioned earlier, it looks like Nora was registered under the name Manning as well as Fippard. This probably means that her parents weren't married. Maybe Benjamin was still married to Elizabeth.

Is the death that I posted for Nora J correct, or is there another one, as if she was born in 1875 she would have been 38 and 40 when the children were born.
If so, she has possibly been married before.

I now have my grandfathers birth cert but im having great difficulty now in finding marriage cert for his mother and father Benjamin Fippard & Nora Josephine Fippard nee Manning. I have a death cert for Nora but cant find a birth cert, she is possibly from America so could have married over there too unsure but thanks so much for all your help
