Hi Kim, welcome to the boards.

Do you know of any other siblings?

KathleenBell Report 7 Apr 2013 14:30

This looks like your grandad's birth:-

Name: FIPPARD, Patrick C H (think his first middle initial should be G)
Registration district: Fulham
County: London
Year of registration: 1915
Quarter of registration: Oct-Nov-Dec
Mother's maiden name: Manning
Volume no: 1A
Page no: 266

This could be your grandad's sister's birth (perhaps she was named after her mother):-

Name: FIPPARD, Nora I
Registration district: Portsmouth
County: Hampshire
Year of registration: 1913
Quarter of registration: Jan-Feb-Mar
Mother's maiden name: Manning
Volume no: 2B
Page no: 776

Hi Patrick Fippard was my Grandad, im trying to search his side of the tree with great difficulty. He was born 1915 Fulham London His mothers maiden name was Manning (we believe she was Irish) also her first name may have been Nora(with or without a h). I cant find any marriage records for Manning/Fippard. Also i believe my Great Grandad was called Benjamin but unsure Any help would be greatfully received. We also beleive that my Grandad had a sister not sure if she died before his birth or not???? Thankyou
