This is the only one i can find between 1920 and 1960 with Mothers Maiden Name of Miller...

Births Mar 1944 (>99%)
Clifton Clive D Miller Surrey Mid.E. 2a 547

brother -Dereck
Clive has not been seen for over 50yrs , not sure if he migrated to Australia
