Not sure you can find out info without the will - but I think they only cost about £6?
Have you checked to see if anybody else has this person in their tree, you never know, they might have a copy.

No, you will have to buy the Will if you want to know the exact details of what is in it. Wills cost £5 (or they did a couple of years ago).

EDIT - Jan is correct - the wills now cost £6 for the first copy and £1 for any further copies of the same will.

Is their any way of finding out what is in a will without paying,I'm following this family but it not my direct line it's a sibling and her family

This is what I have
Two sons died in ww1 and on ancestry I've found their probate/will? and on the same page it has their father

Bruce Wallace Macauley died 3 May 1917 Effects to John Macauley Esquire
Horace Macauley died 25 April 1918 effects to John Macauley

John Macauley died 14 April 1919 address in Midlothian but probate record London
13 Nov to Janet Macauley widow & Catherine Macauley spinster effects £9226-16-1d
That is a lot of money and I'd like to find out more if it's possible I've checked scotlandspeople and nothing is showing up
